Abstract

Purpose –– This study explores the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in creating job opportunities for youth innGhana.
Methods –– Based on a quantitative research design, the study examines the key factors that influence the success of AI-based job creation initiatives in the country.
Findings –– The study finds that these three factors are critical to the success of AI-based job creation initiatives in Ghana. To
unlock the full potential of AI in creating new job opportunities
for youth, the study recommends government policies, public private partnerships, and increased investment in education and
training.
Conclusion & Recommendations –– The study concludes that collaborative efforts from stakeholders in government, academia, and the private sector are needed to overcome the barriers to AI-based job creation and promote youth employment
in Ghana and beyond.
