JESD believe that authors should retain copyright of their research manuscripts and receive clear credit for their work. Authors publishing their articles may not need to sign an agreement before publishing with JESD.

The journal is an open access and therefore uses the creative commons (CC BY 4.0) license. 

Authors and users are free to:

• Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
• Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even
• Authors are to follow the license terms, these are:
• Attribution — users must give appropriate credit, recognition and citation, provide

a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any

reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or

your use.

• Share Alike — Users can remix, transform, or build upon the material, must
• distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
• No additional restrictions — Users may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
